HCL is a corrosive liquid which requires a very safe handling, it is 30% heavier than water with a Ph of 3.

Moreover, the conventional Centrifugal Pumps in Non Metallic Construcion had a frequent failure and leakage from Mechanical Seal (an Outside Mounted Bellow Seal)

We provided a very safe, efficient and reliable solution from World Chemical Pumps, Japan (WCC) which are Seal Less Magnetic Drive Pumps after studying the application in details

With our Solution the customer had the following advantages

  1.  Since the Pumps were Seal Less in Nature, There was no Mechanical Seal and hence the cost incurred due to frequent maintenance was avoided
  2. Due to lesser frictional losses between the Motor and the Pump due to a Magnetic Assembly, the Power Consumption was reduced by 60%

Lastly, our team was able to deliver them within 3 days of order recipt amidst the lockdown
