Although robust in design and functioning, the traditional mechanically sealed centrifugal pumps might not offer the best solution since the chemicals handled expose the workers to very hazardous chemicals which may result in long term health deterioration.
Moreover, most of the PCB manufacturing companies are now moving towards a more eco-friendly and environmentally sustainable production of Printed Circuit boards and they need to comply to the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive & Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) directive adopted globally by the PCB manufacturers.
Understanding these needs of the company, our Team at HIS suggested our vertical immiscible Seal less Pump to one of the major PCB manufacturers and we managed to tackle the following issues pertaining to this specific industry.
- The Pump offered is vertical and hence we managed to arrest the issue pertaining to the large footprint of the pump as compared to the traditional horizontal end suction pump
- The pump offered is seal less in nature which solves the complex challenge of handling and managing the hazardous chemicals in this industry. Moreover there is Zero Leakage from Mechanical Seals resulting in compliance of our client to RoHS & REACH compliance.
